Southwest IBM FCU and Abilene Teachers FCU Go Live on e-Statements
(Carrollton, Texas) May 14, 2001
Lanvera, the premier provider of credit union statement processing
services is pleased to announce that Southwest IBM Federal
Credit Union and Abilene Teachers Federal Credit Union went
live on Lanvera's e-statement offering May 1, 2001.
"Over the past 16 years, Lanvera has built a reputation as
a leader in the credit union statement processing business
using technology to speed processing and reduce costs," said
John Baldridge, President of Lanvera Group, Inc. "Today, credit
unions face pressure from larger financial institutions that
already offer state-of-the-art on-line systems. We developed
e-statements to allow our credit union customers to remain
competitive and begin reducing print and mail costs - at very
attractive monthly rates."
Lanvera's e-statements for credit unions is unique, offering
an electronic version that is an exact copy
of the printed version including color, fonts, pre-printed
paper and front / back printing. If printed statements have
been properly optimized to reduce the pages printed and enhanced
with dynamic marketing messages, the printed statement will
look very different from the original version produced by
the credit union software product. The member is more apt
to "turn off" the printed copy knowing the electronic version
is exactly the same. Lanvera's credit union customers also
benefit from working with one vendor for both print and electronic
documents - one source for all changes. For a limited time
Lanvera includes six months of statement history with each
new account.
Lanvera offers a complete suite of print / mail and electronic
document services to credit unions including statement design,
laser printing and mailing, postage optimization, intelligent
insertion, dynamic messaging, e-statements, daily notices,
CD archiving, 1099s, loan coupons and personalized direct
mail.
