In fact, Lanvera's e-statements are essentially a "picture" of the mailed statement. Customers will feel much more comfortable turning off mailed statements knowing they can retrieve an exact copy on-line.

Archiving:
Lanvera's Archiving solution is a must have - even for banks with optical disk systems. Why? When statement copies are requested in audits or lawsuits, what better way to prove what was sent to the customer than an exact image of the mailed statement, provided by the company that mailed it? Optical systems are fine for reports but optical systems capture your original statement input files, not what was printed and mailed.
