One Federal Credit Union became Lanvera's first customer in 1985 when

Customized Formats:
Lanvera supports all widely used credit union software and the print files
produced for statements, notices, loan coupons, 1099s and weekly reports.
Our forte is accepting standard print files from your credit union software
and building programs and electronic forms to reformat these documents,
lowering production costs and improving the readability. Lanvera accepts
input from any credit union statement program but we already support,
Symitar, Jack Henry Conductor, XP, Users, Ultra Data, Fitech, CTI,
Aftech, Galaxy 2000, Share Tech, and EDS Cube.
Intelligent Marketing:
Credit unions recognize the value of using monthly statements, daily notices,
loan coupons, and e-statements to market credit union services. But marketing
the right services to the right member requires "intelligent" marketing.
Use Lanvera's dynamic messaging, allowing customer specific messages to
be placed on statements, notices etc. based on the criteria you specify.
Our intelligent insertion option allows marketing inserts to be "selectively"
inserted into specific envelopes, again based on your specifications.
Lanvera also works closely with credit union marketing personnel to help
design and produce direct mail campaigns.
E-Statements - An Exact Image:
Why create e-statements in the original input format when the
mailed statement is optimized for mailing, contains dynamic marketing
messages and enhanced for readability. Lanvera creates e-statements in
the Adobe PDF format as an exact image of what is mailed, including bar
codes used for document integrity. In fact, Lanvera's e-statements are
essentially a "picture" of the mailed statement. Members will feel much
more comfortable turning off mailed statements knowing they can retrieve
an exact copy including color on-line, for up to 24 months.
Lanvera's e-statement product offers several other advantages:
- Lanvera's e-statements are available on-line within 12 hours of receiving
your files - faster than we can print.
- Lanvera hosts your e-statements on our secure servers accessed by
a link from within Internet banking or from your web site providing
all members e-statement availability.
- Lanvera makes marketing materials available on-line or links to a
specific credit union web page that already contains newsletters and
other marketing promotions etc.
- If check images are available from your item processing company, Lanvera
has several alternatives for on-line check images.
CD Archiving:
Lanvera's CD Archiving product is a must have - even for credit
unions with optical disk systems. Why? When statement copies are requested
in audits or lawsuits, what better way to prove what was sent to the member
than an exact image of the mailed statement, provided by the company that
mailed it? Optical systems are fine for reports but optical systems capture
your original statement input files, not what was printed and mailed.
Lanvera's CD archiving is also an excellent alternative to major investments
in optical systems. Just FTP your report files weekly or monthly to Lanvera.
Document Integrity:
The fastest way to damage your creditability in the eyes of
your members is sending them another member's data. Therefore, credit
unions demand document integrity, the correct document to the correct
member with the correct envelope contents, 100% of the time. Years of

secure FTP servers are available 24 x 7 speeding delivery of statement
files to Lanvera from anywhere in the country. Lanvera's e-statements
are now the fastest delivery possible - the 1st day of the month. Printed
statements are mailed within 24 to 96 hours from receiving your file,
depending on the order received. Lanvera knows the importance of timely
