Electronic Presentment:
Don't limit your patients to just paying their bill online, provide them with a full electronic experience. With the Lanvera eStatement solution your patients can find their previous statements on our hosted electronic presentment solution. They can then be directed to pay their bill on your current online payment portal or Lanvera can provide an online payment portal solution.
In addition, billing documents, lab test results, appointment reminders and other patient communications can be posted to the electronic patient statement platform. You patients are emailed a notification of the availability of a document and can login to a secure portal to gain access to these documents. The documents are hosted in a PDF format allowing the patient to easily print or download.
