Laser Printing

Lanvera offers high volume Xerox laser printing services to both end users and other service companies including advertising agencies and service bureaus. Lanvera provides complete support including document design, front-end programming, font and electronic form creation, image scanning, image conversions and document versioning. When reports, letters, post cards, bar-code labels, or off-size documents require special fonts, electronic forms, scanned images, duplex printing, or complex distribution schemes, Lanvera's Xerox laser division is ready to help.

Capacity:
Lanvera can produce over 12,000,000 high quality 600 dpi images per month - simplex or duplex.

Input Streams:
Lanvera accepts print ready ASCII, EBCDIC, AFP, PCL, Postscript, Metacode and PDF or any data or database format requiring print layouts.

Paper Stocks:
Xerox 4635 printers have the best paper handling capabilities in the printer industry. These printers can handle jobs with up to six different stocks - including oversize covers, pre-collated tab stock, safety stock, color and pre-printed pages in various sizes (from 7 x 10 in. to 14 x 17 in.) and a multitude of weights.

Paper Handling:
Xerox 4635 printers print either simplex or duplex. With up to four input trays, all selectable under program control, complete collated documents with covers, dividers and pre-printed stock can be produced.

Fonts:
Lanvera's font library includes thousands of fonts, both fixed pitch and proportional. If we don't have the font you need, we will make it.

Electronic Forms:
Lanvera will design and build an unlimited number of electronic forms including letter versioning, bar-code labels, catalogues, price lists and more. Logos, signatures and any graphic file can be added to an electronic form.

Complex Handling:
Lanvera excels when requirements include complex distribution schemes, rotated text, or sophisticated data merging routines. We will even help redesign print layouts to reduce pages printed, reducing print costs.

One-Time Jobs:
Lanvera is always available for one-time print jobs of any size.

Electronic Image:
Any printed document can be converted to a PDF file including fonts, electronic forms, and pre-printed paper for an exact image of what is printed. PDF files can be indexed and archived to CD or downloaded via FTP.
