Financial services companies, who provide coupons for remittance processing, are moving away from loan coupon booklets for a number of reasons. First, production expenses of booklets are much higher than alternative approaches. Second, the weight of the booklets can push postage into a higher postage class. Third, many institutions want the coupons mailed within days of the loan origination - not weeks later waiting for specialized booklet production. Fourth, many companies want to send coupons monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually to communicate with their customers more frequently, promote products or update phone numbers, mailing addresses etc.

Coupon Design:
Lanvera' electronic form capabilities allow us to create coupons to the specifications of the customer using 8.5 x 11 or 8.5 x 14 perfed laser bond in a three-up or six-up format. Coupons are designed for insertion into a security encoded, double window envelope.

Cover Letters:
Cover letters with marketing promotions or a simple "thanks for the business" can be designed for insertion with the loan coupons. Create personalized messages by loan type or change letters monthly, quarterly etc. Lanvera provides very flexible customer communications.

Number of Coupons:
Lanvera will print and mail any number of coupons per loan. There is no requirement that all loans have the same number of coupons, so renewals or loans with different payment periods may be combined in one file for processing.

Daily Processing:
Customers that want loan coupons mailed within days of loan generation or renewal just FTP the files to Lanvera secure servers. Files received by 10:00 am will be mailed the same day.

MICR or OCR Support:
Lanvera supports both MICR and OCR A and B for scan line requirements.
