Report Packages:
The need to distribute "pieces" of reports to different individuals is a common problem with large corporate reports. Lanvera will create programs to "mine" your report streams, creating individual "report packages" containing only those pieces of larger reports that should be routed to that individual. Report packages eliminate the need to print and collate multiple copies of the same report - it is all done programmatically. Lanvera can even create new reports from data "mined" from existing reports.

Input Streams:
Lanvera accepts print ready ASCII, EBCDIC, AFP, PCL, Postscript, Metacode and PDF or any data or database format requiring print layouts.

Output Format:
Report files can be output as ASCII or converted to Adobe PDF.

Enhanced Layout:
Lanvera can enhance the look and feel of reports using electronic forms to box, shade or create headers and footers.

Viewing:
Lanvera provides free Windows query and viewer software allowing instant access to any archived document, using customer specified indexes. Files stored in ASCII can also be viewed and searched with any text editor product. Files stored in PDF can be viewed and searched using Adobe's free Acrobat reader, available for virtually all platforms. Lanvera's query software can be loaded on a Windows network server for multi-user access or loaded on individual desktops.

On-Line Delivery:
Lanvera offers multiple delivery options for electronic reports:

• FTP Downloads:
  Lanvera will provide access to our secure FTP servers for download to corporate servers (internal distribution) or set-up a customer specific FTP site allowing secure employee mailboxes with 24 x 7 access.
• CD-ROM:
  Large volume reports can be produced on individual CDs for overnight delivery to remote locations.

Availability:
Lanvera can produce and deliver your reports within hours of receiving your report streams, faster than you can print in-house.
