Processing Center:
Lanvera's state-of-the-art processing center includes the latest in high-speed Xerox laser printers and Pitney Bowes intelligent mail equipment as well as a secure hosting facility for our customer's electronic documents.

Communications:
Our secure high bandwidth FTP servers are available 24 x 7 for input file transfers and electronic document downloads. Other communications options include modem and dedicated lines.

Customer Input Streams:
Lanvera can handle virtually any input print or data stream including ASCII, EBCDIC, AFP, Metacode, PDF, PCL, Postscript, or any database format including XML.

Document Design:
Lanvera's document design group uses our extensive font library and electronic forms software to create any document, including digitized logos and signatures, on pre-printed or plain laser paper, in any format you require.

Data Formatting:
Our software engineering group builds complete print programs from your data or database files or "data mines" existing print streams to map data to your new document designs. Data from multiple input files can be combined into one document.

Electronic Documents:
Any print or data file can be converted to an electronic format including XML, HTML or PDF for Internet / Intranet delivery, then archived to CD for permanent storage.

Electronic Document Web Hosting:
Any electronic document created and indexed by Lanvera can be stored, including history, on our high bandwidth, secure hosting platforms. Your customers or employees can retrieve their documents anytime - within hours of receiving your data.

Intelligent Mail Production:
Any document, printed by Lanvera and requiring mail delivery can be routed to our intelligent insertion equipment for the highest levels of document integrity. Selective insertion is available for one-to-one marketing programs.

High Speed Laser Printing:
Lanvera provides overflow laser printing or one-time print jobs, both large and small, including reports, catalogues, documentation, bar code labels, coupons and more... offering a wide variety of paper sizes and types.

Postal Optimization:
Lanvera reduces mail delivery costs and shortens delivery times using a combination of document and workflow design, document consolidation into one envelope, address cleansing, de-duping, CASS Certification, Fast Forward, marketing insert management and separation of no mail or international addresses for special handling.
