Collection Letters

Statistics show that collection letters are successful when sent as a series, with each subsequent letter increasing in severity, all the way to account termination. Both state and federal regulations govern exactly what creditors and third party collection agencies are allowed to do. Collection letter production requires strong controls with quick turnaround to make sure the right letter is sent at the right time.

Unlimited Letters:
Lanvera can design an unlimited number of static personalized letters, stored as an electronic form, for a collection series. Daily files received by Lanvera are "mined" for customer specific financial data and merged with the appropriate letter. Letters are laser printed on blank 24lb laser bond with the company logo and digitized signature, bar-coded for document integrity then inserted into a double window, security encoded envelope.

Same Day Mailing:
Letters received via FTP by 10:00 am central time are mailed the same day.

Postage Optimization:
All letters are CASS Certified and pre-sorted for the fastest delivery possible at the lowest postage rate.

Custom forms:
Lanvera supports custom forms, although blank laser bond and double window envelopes are the least expensive approach.
