Personalized letters and postcards are used extensively to solicit new business or communicate with customers and employees. In many cases, documents may differ based on geography, customer or prospect profile, product availability, legal entity etc. and require different "versions" of the letter or postcard. Lanvera provides a complete turnkey service for any letter or postcard mailing, regardless of complexity, requiring the highest quality document production and mailing.

Project Management:
Lanvera can handle the entire project - list purchasing, programming, database cleansing, form design, form manufacturing, 600 dpi laser printing, ink jet printing, addressing, postal optimization and mailing. Lanvera also works with advertising agencies and other service companies on a sub-contract basis for one-time jobs of any size.

Design:
Lanvera will help you select the right design for your project including piece size, paperweights, fold types, envelope inserts, postage class, and envelope address options. The right design can save thousands of dollars eliminating wasted postage and production costs when pieces are designed without detailed knowledge of machine specifications and postage optimization.

Paper Stocks:
Xerox 4635 printers have the best paper handling capabilities in the printer industry. These printers can handle jobs with up to six different stocks - including oversize covers, pre-collated tab stock, safety stock, color and pre-printed pages in various sizes (from 7 x 10 in. to 14 x 17 in.) and a multitude of weights.

Paper Handling:
Xerox 4635 printers print either simplex or duplex. In addition, with four input trays, Lanvera can programmatically select pre-printed forms from any or all trays to produce complete collated documents.

Fonts:
Lanvera's font library includes thousands of fonts, both fixed pitch and proportional. If we can't find the font you need, we will make it.

Electronic Forms:
Lanvera will design and build an unlimited number of electronic letters or postcard versions. Logos, signatures and any graphic file can be embedded into any electronic form.
