the original input format - not an image of what was actually printed
and mailed? Would your current electronic copies satisfy legal requirements
in case of litigation or audits? Lanvera PDF images are an exact image
of the printed document including color, special fonts, pre-printed paper
and electronic form files insuring the fidelity you need.
One-to-One Marketing:
Savvy companies use the statement / invoice to cross sell other products
or personalize communications to their customers. Lanvera offers both
selective insertion of marketing materials by envelope and dynamic messaging
printed on the document itself. Utilize the "free" space in every envelope

Forms Management:
Lanvera takes full responsibility for design, purchasing, inventory, safety

Marketing Insert Management:
Marketing inserts requires coordination between the customer, printer
and Lanvera to make sure inserts are made to machine-required specifications,
the right quantities are ordered and received, the data files and the
intelligent inserters are properly programmed and unused inserts are handled
according to your instructions. Your Lanvera account manager takes full
responsibility for the success of your mailings.
