1099s & W-2s

Lanvera offers a complete 1099 and W-2 laser print / mail / electronic solution including programming, paper, envelopes, laser printing, postage optimization, insertion and delivery - either mailed or returned for internal distribution.

1099s and 5498s:
Lanvera accepts the IRS Magnetic Media format for input of all 1099s and 5498s including a modified IRS record supporting six name and address lines. Lanvera supports the standard IRS form including instructions, then inserts into a double window envelope with security encoding. All envelopes are CASS Certified, optimizing postage and deliverability.

Custom formatted 1099s that include detail account information or other non-IRS reported information are available upon request. Lanvera will design special 1099 forms in compliance with IRS print guidelines. Customer specific input formats, including the Checkfree format, are accepted. Consolidation of multiple forms into one envelope is available for high volume accounts.

W-2s:
W-2s require custom input formats - you provide your W-2 data in Lanvera's format or our programmers can make the conversion. W-2s are laser printed in a 4-up format on perforated laser bond and inserted into a double window, security encoded envelope. Lanvera will CASS Certify and mail, optimizing postage or return for internal distribution.

Lanvera handles large, multi company W-2 processing for payroll service bureaus, requiring separation and packaging by company or control number. Lanvera can also design special W-2s with an employee detail reconciliation. Employer and state filing copies are available if requested.

Electronic 1099s and W-2s:
Electronic 1099s and W-2s are available in the Adobe PDF format within hours of receiving your data. Use our free Windows query software to search 1099s and W-2s by name, social security number and account number to instantly review any 1099 or W-2 in your files. Final copies including corrections are archived to CD, with the free query software, for offsite back up. Reprints are a breeze - just select an individual form for printing to any network printer, fax server or send as an e-mail attachment.
