Lanvera Address Correction allows you to maintain an accurate customer address database at all times. The Lanvera solution provides you with the two key requirements of any true address maintenance solution; accurate USPS valid deliverable addresses; and a set of tools to support your efforts to correct invalid undeliverable addresses.

The Lanvera Address Correction solution also provides simplicity in an otherwise complex process. While most address correction products in the marketplace return cryptic codes that come out of each USPS database, Lanvera has taken the position of simplifying these, enabling you to quickly determine the addresses that are valid to mail and those that require attention. This simplification is done through a unique color-coded system to help you identify good, questionable and bad addresses. The 24/7 web-based tool allows you to upload your addresses at any time. After the addresses have processed through the Lanvera Address Correction system, you will have access to files with the corrected addresses and those that need attention.

• Green: Address is valid; USPS recognized addresses that can be mailed without issue.
• Yellow: Address is valid; Lanvera advises you proceed with cuation and confirm the address to ensure successful mail delivery.
• Red: Address is undeliverable; There is no such address within the USPS database and the mail will be returned.

Your files will be validated against four USPS address databases: CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System), DPV (Delivery Point Validation), LACS (Locatable Address Conversion System) and NCOA (National Change of Address).

After an initial set-up,you will simply log-on to our secure web portal, upload your file, and launch the process. When the process is complete, you will be notified by email, and can then view the results and download files containing corrected addresses or reports for use in researching bad addresses. Result statistics and trending information is available via the web portal.
