Banks, credit unions, securities brokers and other financial
services companies are required by law to send daily notices
or confirms of certain financial transactions. Most notices
generated by purchased software products satisfy the legal
requirements using a few lines of legal verbiage and are designed
to print on small self mailer forms that are expensive, require
hours of internal handling per day and if carbonized, look
awful when received by the customer.
Why spend a fortune marketing to your customers and then
send daily notices that look bad and miss a great opportunity
to say, "Thanks For Your Business". Why not turn your daily
notices into a personalized letter to cross sell other products
or deliver a special message?
Unlimited Letters / Notices:
Lanvera can design an unlimited number of static personalized
letters, stored as an electronic form, for each notice type.
Daily files received by Lanvera are "mined" for your customer
specific financial data and merged with the appropriate letter.
Notices are laser printed on blank 24lb laser bond with the
company logo and digitized signature, bar-coded for document
integrity then inserted into a double window, security encoded
envelope. Eliminating the need to purchase small quantities
of pre-printed forms saves money.
Same Day Mailing:
Notices received via FTP by 10:00 am central time are mailed
the same day.
Postage Optimization:
All notices are CASS Certified and pre-sorted for the fastest
delivery possible at the lowest postage rate.
Dynamic Messages:
Lanvera can design your notices to include a message box enabling
text messages by notice type, customer type, etc. Just create
messages for a specified time period, a week, month or quarter,
and Lanvera programs will produce your notices with your specified
message.
Notice Consolidation onto One Form:
Multiple daily notices of the same type for a customer can
be consolidated into one letter. For example, if your system
generated multiple insufficient funds notices on a given day
for a customer, Lanvera can put the data from the separate
notices into one letter. Consolidating multiple transactions
into one letter saves print, paper and postage expense.
Envelope Consolidation:
Customers that have multiple notices on the same day can be
consolidated into one envelope saving postage and envelope
cost.
