Overview: Lanvera is seeking to add an additional Sales Executive to our business services and technology organization. This is an opportunity to excel with a Customer Communications Management (CCM) company specializing in the creation, delivery, storage and retrieval of critical outbound communications. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will focus on specifically satisfying both unforeseen and visible challenges of companies who are highly regulated, complex, and recognize the critical aspect of customer facing communications.
This position allows you to sell at both the local and national level. You will join an organization that is a disrupter of the traditional consumer engagement solution and a leader in the financial services, mortgage, multi-family and healthcare spaces.
Enterprise Sales Job Description: The ideal candidate possesses the ability to effectively lead a team sell that includes support from both our professional services group and solution consultants. The optimal candidate will have experience closing multi-year contracts initiated from a 12-18 month sell cycle process.
The Enterprise Sales Representative is accountable for:
Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
Sell a complete solution of software, services and support to ensure customer success.
Penetrate targeted accounts; both established, mature and emerging accounts.
Understand customer business strategies, goals and objectives.
Define and execute customer account strategy, measurement and communication of strategic progress.
Strategic positioning of value-add products and services to align with customer needs/requirements.
Complex, multi-disciplinary solution development understanding and management.
Growing business year over year
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of successful engagement management experience of large, team enterprise solution selling
Experience developing, proposing, and communicating the value of multi-disciplinary, cross-functional solutions to align with client business strategy.
Experience managing diverse stakeholder expectations with conflicting demands and priorities.
Ability to effectively engage executive stakeholders whose priorities may conflict.
Strong oral and written communications and presentation skills.
Must possess experience at presenting and leading meetings with senior- level and C-level executives.
Ability to converse fluently at all contact levels within an organization (from Junior to C-level).
Must have a strong background in project estimation, sales support and proposal writing.
Possess strong persuasive and interpersonal skills and the ability to close sales.
Excellent presentation, organization, verbal and written communication.
Understand diverse business units and develop/drive strategic initiatives, value propositions and compelling proposals.
Must have strong business acumen.
Architect and propose creative value-added solutions leveraging internal and external/partner talent where applicable.
Lead account planning efforts and develop strategic account plans.
