THE COMPANY: Lanvera is a leading CCM (Customer Communications Management) outsourcing and technology company specializing in the design, production, and delivery of secure customer communications including invoices, statements, tax forms, collection letters, compliance notices and other business critical documents to any delivery channel including print, electronic and mobile platforms. Lanvera has a strong presence in the Financial Services industry and is expanding into other vertical markets.
We’re significantly increasing our software development team for the next generation of our processing infrastructure, customer portal and electronic delivery platforms including E-Presentment, Payment Processing, Intelligent E-Forms and delivering scalable customer communications to mobile devices.
THE POSITION: The Software Product Manager is a senior position on the engineering team working with executives and other business stakeholders to design and document the business and system requirement specifications. The Software Product Manager will take ownership of the entire application including business requirement documents, navigation design, UX mockups, wireframes, prototypes, QA test requirements, and technical requirements and specifications, working with architects, development engineers and technical writers and managing the entire release process.
Drive the product discovery process for Lanvera’s next generation core and new products
Build detailed business specifications
Build intuitive user experience in partnership with UX designers including wireframes
Create system specifications for the Engineering team
Work with QA to develop test requirements
Create and manage product releases and internal training and support
Solid Product Management experience and a proven background of design, requirements, and prototypes through development in customer facing transactional systems
Proven experience in writing business and technical specifications
Background of managing project and programs using an Agile/Scrum methodology
5+ years building internet based transactional solutions including mobile / tablet apps
BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree
Experience in E‐Commerce and Payment Processing a plus
