Our state of the art processing center in Coppell, Texas (new in 2012) produces millions of printed and electronic documents per month to all delivery platforms including EDI / XML platforms. We manage the entire production cycle including design, custom programming, document reformatting, work flow design, forms acquisition, inventory management, and all delivery platforms including print and mail, electronic presentment and payment, fax and email. We have a strong presence in the financial services business and are rapidly pushing into a variety of other industries including health care, insurance and utilities. We are building a new Enterprise Sales team to drive an aggressive growth plan for a rapidly growing document outsourcing space.
Gartner Group estimates the Document Outsourcing Industry at over $20 Billion and growing each year. As print and mail volumes decrease across all industries, the cost justification for in-house plant operations no longer makes sense. Complex, targeted customer communications, e-delivery and mobile platforms, and security and privacy law requirements means even more investment in IT Infrastructure and software. Outsourcing is a compelling alternative.
Product Manager Description: Lanvera is seeking an experienced Application Software Product Manager to design and extend Lanvera’s online customer self-service, document production and automated work flow software solutions. This position is responsible for identifying and prototyping enhancements or new services, understanding business requirements, and soliciting and interpreting customer feedback through the design process. Once the project is launched, the Product Manager will work with development teams to produce and test a working product, work with Sales and Marketing to create new sales and marketing materials and work with Client services to release the new product to existing customers. This position reports to the CEO and will work closely with product development, sales, marketing, software engineering, customer service/tech support, and Professional Services.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of five years of software product management experience with a history of successfully defining and launching leadership products for independent software vendors (ISVs).
Must have experience working for web-based, SaaS, or enterprise software development company(s).
Intimate knowledge of the product management process.
In-depth knowledge and experience working in the Scrum/Agile software product development
Ability to prototype User Interface within existing User Interface navigation schemes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented “perfectionist”
Ability to think strategically about technology and its business implications
Technical aptitude needed to understand the implications of technical product decisions
The ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous projects
