Lanvera is seeking an experienced Client Manager in our Client Services division to serve as the Lanvera ambassador to Lanvera's rapidly growing client base. The Client Manager is responsible for an assigned group of Clients handling all aspects of Lanvera’s wide service offerings. Responsibilities include training and assistance using the Client portal, assistance with run configuration changes, document content and rules, and working with Lanvera Project Managers and our Professional Services group for change management and implementation projects. The Lanvera Client Manager MUST have a fantastic personality and communication skills, a strong technology background, love assisting others in being successful, an innate ability to bond long term relationships and the ability to juggle many different time critical tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong, proven Client post-sales support experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of post-sales support client management
- Experience acting as the primary liaison between clients and various internal departments
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with clients
- Successful in fast paced, high stress environments, with must meet timelines
- Stability - A resume history of intelligent career decisions
- Bachelor’s degree is required
