Product Manager

Lanvera is a leading CCM (Customer Communications Management) outsourcing and technology company specializing in the design, production, and delivery of secure customer communications including invoices, statements, tax forms, collection letters, compliance notices and other business critical documents to any delivery channel including print, electronic and mobile platforms. Lanvera has a strong presence in the Financial Services industry and is expanding into other vertical markets.
We’re significantly increasing our software development team for the next generation of our processing infrastructure, customer portal and electronic delivery platforms including E-Presentment, Payment Processing, Intelligent E-Forms and delivering scalable customer communications to mobile devices.
THE POSITION:
The Product Manager position has responsibility for the overall design of the product, making sure the design team understands the product vision and scope, requirements and design deliverables. The Product Manager works with business units, Development Directors, Business Analysts, UX designers and Interface Architects to build the product and to maintain a product roadmap. The role also requires collaboration with Client Services, Sales and Clients. The position is a management position with Business Analysts and UX Designers as direct reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interacting with business units to drive product requirements
- Coordinate with other Product Managers to ensure a consistent customer experience across all Lanvera products
- Develop internal and external training plans
- Help craft communications for Sales and Client Services relating to our product offerings and development efforts
- Work with Lanvera support personnel to identify trends and feed prioritization detail back into our product development funnels
- Clearly communicate status and open issues to team and manager
- Work effectively within a team environment to implement projects in a timely manner
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Five years or more of proven experience working in a Product Management position
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively for multiple audiences
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, including good writing and interpersonal skills.
