Senior eCommerce Product Manager
The Company:
Lanvera is a leading document outsourcing and technology company specializing in the production, delivery and archiving of all secure customer communications including invoices, statements, tax forms, collection letters and other business critical documents via print/mail and electronic platforms.
Our state of the art processing center in Coppell, Texas (new in 2012) produces millions of printed and electronic documents per month to all delivery platforms including EDI / XML platforms. We manage the entire production cycle including design, custom programming, document reformatting, work flow design, forms acquisition, inventory management, and all delivery platforms including print and mail, electronic presentment and payment, fax and email. We have a strong presence in the financial services business and are rapidly pushing into a variety of other industries including health care, insurance and utilities.
We are building a new Enterprise Sales team to drive an aggressive growth plan for a rapidly growing document outsourcing space.
Senior eCommerce Product Manager Description:
Lanvera is adding an eCommerce Product Manager to our growing eCommerce team. This position is responsible for defining and owning a product feature set within Lanvera’s eCommerce platforms including ePresentment, email, SMS, eForms, Payment Processing and mobile.
This individual will be responsible for contributing to and executing strategies, delivering product road maps, defining and leading business analysis, participating and guiding user experience design and the creative process for implementation and ensuring execution of the future product implementation. This role will be an active participant in eCommerce execution in all company‐wide digital experiences for our customers and their customers.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, is analytical, detail and results oriented with excellent problem‐solving skills and a strong work ethic coupled with being a highly motivated self‐starter. And, has the confidence and knowledge to successfully own the product and have excellent communication skills enabling strong cross functional relationships, internally and externally to be built. This individual will be skilled in working across departments to collaborate with Business Managers, User Experience, Application Architects, Engineering Delivery Teams, Project Managers, QA, and Operations teams.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five years of software product management experience
- Minimum of five years working in large scale eCommerce development environments
- Intimate knowledge of the product management process
- In‐depth knowledge and experience working in the Scrum/Agile software product development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented “perfectionist”
